This Hillbank family wanted a dedicated space for the kids, somewhere for games, homework and sleepovers that wouldn’t take over the main house.
We designed and installed a 2.8 x 5.3m Kingscliff from our Contemporary Cabana range, set on concrete footings with a skillion roof and a 1.3m awning and deck out front.
A 1.5 x 2.1m G.S.D, a large window and two high windows keep the room bright and airy, while the Gyprock, flooring and electrical packages meant it was ready to furnish as soon as installation was complete.
The result is a comfortable retreat the kids can make their own, with room to grow with them over the years.
