Think your yard is too small for a cubby house? Think again.

Our Australian-made timber cubbies start from a compact 1.7m x 1.8m footprint, so even courtyards, side yards and small suburban blocks can have a dedicated spot for imaginative play. And with the school holidays here, it’s the perfect time to give the kids a backyard adventure they’ll love for years to come.

• Compact 1.7m wide range (Cottage, Villa and Mansion), designed for smaller backyards and tight spaces
• Build up, not out: elevate up to 1500mm and create shaded play space or a sandpit underneath, all within the same footprint
• Add the action with slides, rock walls, scramble nets and fireman’s poles
• Spark their imagination with servery windows, shop counters, letterboxes and steering wheels
• Non-toxic treated pine, Colorbond® roofing and Spotted Gum trims, built to Australian Safety Standards
• Compact models from $3,950, including external staining, delivery and professional installation in metro areas

Freedom to Play, Built Right in the Backyard

There’s something about a cubby house that no screen can match. It’s a space that belongs entirely to the kids. One day it’s a café, the next it’s a pirate ship, a secret clubhouse or a lookout tower. No rules, no schedule, just imagination and fresh air. Give children a place of their own and watch them run, climb, invent and lead the adventure.

We’ve just wrapped up a double elevated cubby house and it’s the perfect example of what unplugged play looks like:

🌳 Two elevated platforms for a true treehouse feel, with shaded play space underneath
🪜 Climbing access to keep little bodies active and confident
🪵 Non-toxic treated pine framework finished with Australian hardwood trims
☀️ Colorbond® steel roofing built for the harsh Australian climate
✅ Designed and built to Australian Safety Standards
🇦🇺 Australian-made, delivered and professionally installed by our team
